Separate sealed Bids for the construction of Potomac Heights Stormwater Management Improvements will be received by Mr. Tracey Donaldson, President at the office of Potomac Heights Mutual Homeowners’ Association until 3:00 PM, July 29, 2013, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Work includes the construction of one (1) stormwater management pond and twenty-six (26) open grassed channels; the installation of roof leaders, storm drain piping, inlets, manholes, and associated fittings to collect stormwater. Work includes demolition operations and abandonment of existing storm drain piping necessary to perform proposed construction. Includes the installation of curb and gutter, valley gutter, reconstruction of streets and three (3) parking lots. All accessory and incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide fully functioning storm drain systems and stormwater management facilities.

Copies of the Contract Documents in electronic format may be obtained may be obtained at the Issuing Office, Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. located at 106 N. Washington St, Easton, MD 21601 upon payment of $75 for each CD-ROM, non refundable. Paper copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Issuing Office upon payment of $ 250.00 for each set.
Interested Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference to be held at 2:00 PM, July 15, 2013 at Potomac Heights Mutual Homeowners’ Association, 200 Cedar Lane, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
